I have been storyboarding since 1998, generally for commercials directors though I also board music promos, drama, virals, shorts, title sequences and ad agency work. After a briefing with the director, I usually finalise the work in my studio: frames are drawn individually, scanned with any further work being completed digitally. I then email the jpegs and an editable Word document version to the client. Click for examples
Depending on the style of board, I can produce up to 35 frames a day (based on a 10 hour straight day's drawing)
B&W pencil, line and shaded - 20-35 frames per day
Digital shading - 15-23 frames per day
I can also add effects such as Swing & Tilt, Pull Focus or super-imposing
